The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief : - "(i) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Notice u/s 130 of B.N.S.S. dated 27.06.2025, registered as Case No.204 of 2025 (Computerize Case No.T202511170210080) (State v. Jaydev @ Kalu), Police Station Jahangirpur, District Bulandshahr. (ii) To pass any other writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Only a show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner under Section 129/130 of the B.N.S.S. The petitioner shall have opportunity to file a reply to the show cause notice. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, at this stage. 5.
