JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 05-02-2025 Heard Mr. Madhav Raj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 59 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 384, 420, 427, 428, 120B, 188, 166 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Considering the observation made in Para-9 of the impugned order, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail. 4. The petitioner who has defied the order of the trial court is directed to appear before the concerned court on Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1085 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 10.02.2025, as non-bailable warrant has already been issued against the petitioner for non-compliance of the order of the court. The regular bail application filed by petitioner is directed to be considered on the same day. In case of non-compliance, learned District Court may take appropriate action in accordance with law against the petitioner who has willfully and deliberately not complied the court’s order. 5.
