The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.97 dated 19.10.2023, registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC, at Police Station Mansa Devi Complex, District Panchkula. 2. Vide order dated 29.07.2025, passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation on 19.09.2025 and his custodial interrogation is not required. 4. Given the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the considered opinion that pre-trial incarceration of the petitioner is not required. As such, a case is made out for allowing the present petition.
