JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The petitioners contend that they have filed their respective applications as well as the representations at Annexures-E1 to E4, F1 to F4, G1 to G3, H1 to H3, J1 to J4 and K1 to K5, seeking grant of agricultural lands under the provisions of the Karnataka Land Grant Rules, 1969, under ex-servicemen quota, on the ground that petitioners No.1 to 5 had served in the various capacity in Indian Army and the husband of the petitioner No.6, who died on - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34691 WP No. 22078 of 2025 16.04.2017 as an ex-serviceman. The grievance of the petitioners is that no orders have been passed by the competent authority on the Applications as well as the representations, till date. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the respondents No.2 and 4, to consider the applications as well as the representations filed by the petitioners at Annexures-E1 to E4, F1 to F4, G1 to G3, H1 to H3, J1 to J4 and K1 to K5, respectively, seeking grant of agricultural lands and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
