By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent to decide the representation (Annexures P/5, P/8, P/9 & P/10) dated 16.12.2024, 26.12.2024, 10.01.2025 & 22.01.2025 respectively, which is pending before the respondent no. 2, 3, 4 & 5. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that vide (Annexure P/12) dated 30.01.2025 a notice of disconnection of the electricity supply was given to the petitioner without correction of the bill and examination of the newly installed smart meter on his premises by Electrical Inspector of the CSPDCL within the stipulated time limit and for which the petitioner requested the respondent authority to redress the grievance raised by the petitioner, however, till date 3 they are not taking any steps to decide the representation which is submitted by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents no. 2, 3 4 & 5 submits that if the representation are still pending the same shall be considered by the respondent authority within a stipulated period and they shall consider the representation on its merits in accordance with law. 4. I have heard the parties and perused the pleadings as well as the representation which has been filed by the petitioner to various respondent i.e. (Annexures P/5, P/8, P/9 & P/10). 5. From perusal of the representation it appears that the petitioner has raised a grievance regarding the installation of smart meter and correction of bills. The grievance of the petitioner is that due to non consideration of the grievance of the petitioner regarding the correction of the bill, the notice of disconnection is not proper. As the petitioner has raised a grievance the respondents who have received the representation should take a decision on the said representation submitted by the petitioner, hence it is directed that the representation submitted by the petitioner (Annexures P/5, P/8, P/9 & P/10) be decided by respective respondents within a period of 2 weeks’ from today. 6.
