Heard Sri Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Tehsildar, Tehsil - Phoolpur, District - Azamgarh, to decide the Case No. 02935 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. T202015060302935) [Himanshu Vs. Learned counsel for the State-Respondents has no objection to the prayer made. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the court/authority concerned would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of three months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
