The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 BNSS seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.88 dated 06.05.2025, under Sections 109, 132, 221, 190, 121 of BNS, 2023 AND 25/54/59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, Bathinda. 2. Learned State counsel submits that Section 238 of BNS has been added in the present FIR vide DDR No.17 dated 01.07.2025 and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act has been deleted. 3. In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars. 4. Prayer is accepted. 4.
