The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.349 dated 30.06.2023 registered under Sections 376(2)(j), 376(2)(1) & 452 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Rania, District Sirsar and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 18.06.2025 arrived at between the parties. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all the pleas, as have been raised in the instant petition, before the Trial Court. 3.
