The earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 18.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 57739 of 2022. 3. There is allegation against the petitioner that he brutally assaulted his father, the informant and his younger son. Both died during the course of treatment. 4.
