Adverting to paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the support affidavit, Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader for CMP petitioners submits that intervening public holidays, public examination for SSLC, +1, +2 students, paper valuation etc., kept the officials on their toes and that has caused the delay. 3.
