CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER Petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2 are husband and wife. This matter has arisen out of a matrimonial dispute between them. It is submitted that the husband and wife have reconciled and they have decided to live together and respondent No.2 is not interested in prosecuting the present petition.
2. The petitioners and respondent No.2 are present before the Court and they are duly identified by their respective advocates. It is submitted that the proceedings against the petitioners be quashed.
3. Admittedly, the dispute is marital in nature. The parties have arrived at a compromise. The petitioners are not alleged to have committed any heinous crime. Quashing of the proceedings against the petitioners will

4. The learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1 also has no objection for quashing the proceedings. Hence, the following:-
ORDER i. The petition is hereby allowed. ii. The proceedings in S.C.No.15049/2025, pending on the file of the V Additional District Sessions Judge at Devanahalli, insofar as it relates to the petitioners herein, are concerned stands quashed. iii.
