By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 22.05.2025 whereby he has been given notice to vacate the official accommodation and further recovery of Rs.3,84,061.32/- as rent. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner though he is residing in official accommodation his house rent allowance has continuously been deducted. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has been issued with notice, he may submit reply. 5. In view of the above`this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to offer his explanation to the notice dated 22.05.2025 within four weeks from today which shall be considered and decided by the competent respondent authority within the next six weeks' time by means of reasoned and speaking order. 6. It is hereby provided that till the authority decide the representation of the petitioner, in the event he makes, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the notice dated 22.05.2025.
