WJC No.2053 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 direction upon the respondent concerned to apprehend the respondents 2nd party named accused in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.210 of 2023, registered under Sections 363, 365, 34, 504 of the IPC and further direct the Investigating Officer of this case to proceed with fair investigation for the interest of justice. 3. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the S.H.O. of Banmankhi Police Station, Purnea to conclude the investigation of the Banmankhi P.S.
