She belongs to Saini community. The petitioner proposes to contest the Panchayat election for which the last date of nomination is 05.07.2025. He submits that the respondents may be directed to take a decision of the application of the petitioner before the last date of nomination. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned State counsel would submit that the application dated 19.06.2025 filed by the petitioner shall be decided by the respondent no.4/ Sub Divisional Magistrate, Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun before the last date of nomination. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.4/ Sub Divisional Magistrate, Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun to decide the application dated 19.06.2025 of the petitioner before the last date of nomination.
