JUSTICE B.M.SHYAM PRASAD) The complainants have succeeded in W.P.No.107460/2023 with the Writ Court, directing the third respondent to restore the revenue entries in the Columns Nos.9 and 12, in favour of Sri. Shivanagouda Patil, under whom the complainant’s plea observing that the parties must agitate for the rights in properly instituted civil proceedings. With service of notice, the third respondent has placed on record an affidavit tendering unconditional apology, but stated that the name of Sri. Shivanagouda Patil is reflected in the records of rights for the respective lands, both in Coloumns Nos.9 and 10. However, the learned counsel for the complainants points out that in the ROR for the subject lands, for the lands in Sy.No.200/K and 200/2 of Konnur village, Jamkhandi Hobli and taluk, the names of - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:1843-DB CCC No. 100384 of 2024 the private respondents are seen in Coloumn No.12, though the name of Sri Shivanagouda S.Patil is also shown. Sri Praveen K. Uppar, the learned Additional Government Advocate categorical that even these entries would be corrected within four weeks from today. The complaint is closed in the light of the submission, but reserving liberty to the complainants to seek revival if the revenue entries are not corrected. This Court must also observe that if the complainant is constrained to file an application for revival, the same will be considered on imposition of exemplary cost against the third respondent.
