The petitioners through the medium of the instant contempt petition are seeking implementation of order dated 13.07.2021, by virtue of which, the present status of the petitioner was directed to be maintained, with further observation that they shall be paid their legitimately earned wages. 02. Mr. T. M. Shamsi, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India submits that the present status of the petitioners has been maintained and the respondents vide order No. 268-DFCS&CA-UTL of 2025 dated 28.01.2025, have also accorded sanction to the payment of pending wages of the petitioners in compliance with the direction of this Court. Copy of order dated 28.01.2025 is taken on record. 03. Since the order dated 13.07.2021 subject matter of the present contempt petition has been complied with, the proceedings in the contempt petition are accordingly closed.
