In view of the fact that the petitioner/plaintiff is aged about 75 years and seeks expeditious disposal of the suit filed by him for recovery of possession of the property, I am inclined to direct the learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Erode, to frame issues in the suit, considering the pleadings on record, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, shall expedite the trial and dispose of the suit on or before 31.01.2026. 4.
