CONCILIATION ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner - KSRTC and respondent are present. 2. The parties have reported settlement and have filed a Joint Memo, which reads as under:- "The WP filed against the award passed in ID No.83/2017 dated 4.10.2023 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 1. Reduction of two increments is restored without arrears from the date of punishment to the date of settlement and one increment reduced permanently. 3 2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms. The parties to this petition have set their hands to this settlement before the Lok Adalat in the presence of conciliators on this 12.07.2025 at Bengaluru Bench". 3. The respondent-workmen is personally present. The original office ID has been examined which has Sl.No.S-498/4 PF No.022711. A copy thereof is also placed on the file. The verification needed to be made since there is no representation by a counsel. 4. In that view of the matter, subject to above compliance, the Joint memo is accepted.
