The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition to direct the Respondent No. 3 namely District Magistrate, Mainpuri to pass appropriate order on the application submitted by the petitioner for appointment of fair price shop dealer on compassionate ground in place of her late daughter-in-law, Tejkali who died on 20.05.2015. 2. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered under Clause-10 of the Government Order dated 05.08.2019. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that necessary decision be taken in the matter by the competent authority, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3, District Magistrate, Mainpuri annexing all the relevant papers and documents along-with the certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. If it is so, the respondent No. 3 will take a decision on the same strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter.
