The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased. He is husband of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 16.09.2023. 4. The charge has been framed in this case on 30.01.2024. Out of eight chargesheeted witnesses, not a single witness has been examined. 5. Considering the period of custody and the delay in trial, this application is allowed. 6.
