(Oral) The applicants Maulana Sabir alias Mohammad Sabir, Mohammad Irfan and Mohammad Sajid seek anticipatory bail in FIR/Case Crime No.07 of 2025, dated 02.01.2025, under Sections 109, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (“BNS, 2023”), Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned State counsel gives a statement that as per instructions, Section 109 of the BNS, 2023 has been removed during investigation and all the applicants have been exonerated. 4. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned State counsel. 2 5.
