By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the interim order dated 22.11.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) 2694/2024. The relevant part of which is reproduced herein below: “In the meantime, subject to objections and till next date of hearing before the Bench, the impugned order dated 4th November, 2024 passed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Commissioner Agrarian Reforms) Anantnag in case titled legal heirs of Salam Wani and Ors vs. Assadullah Wani shall remain stayed.” 2. Statement of facts stands filed, it is stated that in pursuance to the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2024, an application was filed by the petitioner in the office of the respondent No. 1- Deputy Commissioner Anantnag, which was entertained and a report was sought from the Tehsildar Shangas. Tehsildar Shangas submitted his report vide communication dated 04.09.2025, wherein he has stated that the status quo as per directions passed by this Court has been implemented in its letter & spirit and same stands incorporated in the revenue records as well. Respondents have also placed on record the revenue extracts along with the compliance report. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the order has been complied with in its letter and spirit. 4. Contempt proceedings as such are closed.
