This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. issue a writ order or direction in the mandamus directing the respondents authority to direct the respondent no. 2 to issue an ad-interim Mandamus direct the respondent concern Additional District Magistrate, (Administration) Azamgarh to decide the case, bearing Case No. 4976 of 2023, Computerized Case No. D202315060004976 (Dhanesari Vs. Mannilal and others) under section 30(2), U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period, pending before in the of Additional District Magistrate, (Administration), Azamgarh, otherwise the defendant-petitioner shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury. court" It is contended that partition suit is pending consideration which is registered as Case No.4976 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. D202315060004976). The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Additional District Magistrate, (Administration), Azamgarh to decide the Case No.4976 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. D202315060004976), after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
