This Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in dispossessing the petitioners from the lands in Sy.No.580/1 to an extent of Ac.5-74 cents in Mittakandala Village, Pamulapadu Mandal, Kurnool District, without giving any notice under Section 7 of Revenue Laws(Madras Act). On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government appearing for the respondents submits that the said Madras Act is not in force, if so warranted, the respondent authorities concerned would follow the due procedure in respect of the said land. 3.
