The petitioner's application dated 7.10.2024 for issuance of character certificate was rejected by unreasoned order. 3. In the light of above, we feel that there has been no compliance of principle of natural justice, as the order is unreasoned. 4. Accordingly, the respondent authority is directed to afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order within a period of twelve weeks from date. 5.
