The memo reads as follows: “MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The petitioner most respectfully submits that earlier in the village of the petitioner there was a gathering amongst the aggrieved persons in respect of the impugned acquisition proceedings including the petitioner and, in the process, the petitioner has become a part of the W.P.No.18553/2025 (LA-KIADB) filed by 47 persons. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29491 WP No. 19922 of 2025 Being not fully aware that his grievances are covered in the said Writ petition coupled with anxiety and apprehension of losing his land, the petitioner filed the instant writ petition believing that he must individually redress his grievances citing grounds specific to his case to save his land. The petitioner in realisation of the same deeply regrets the same and highly is apologetic about the same. The same is Bonafide and unintentional. In the circumstances, the petitioner would pursue the W.P.No.18553/2025(LA-KIADB) and seeks to withdraw the instant petition. Hence, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dispose of this writ petition as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity.” In terms of the memo, the writ petition is disposed as withdrawn.
