Sanjeev Kumar, under Sections 144 B.N.S.S., registered at police station Civil Line, District Meerut, pending the in court of Principal Judge Family Court, Meerut to any other neighboring district. Concededly, applicant- husband has already been proceeded against the ex parte in the pending proceedings relating to the maintenance under Section 144 B.N.S.S., 2023. The sole ground that the wife is a practicing advocate at Meerut otherwise cannot be construed as a ground of the transfer of the case. Resultantly, the application is dismissed.
