ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to pay the gratuity and other retrial benefit of the petitioner by considering Annexure-D, representation dated 29.02.2024, wherein the petitioner has requested the respondents to release the pension and other retiral benefits. Despite submitting a representation, the respondents did not pass any
order on the said representation. Hence, this writ petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if reasonable time is granted, respondent Nos.1 to 3 would consider the representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed

of directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the representation vide Annexure-D and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
The liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make a fresh representation within 15 days from today.
