This is an application filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 10.01.2025 passed in CRLMC No. 107 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 10.01.2025, this Court disposed of the CRLMC. But inadvertently in paragraphs-1 and 5 the court name has been mentioned as learned “J.M.F.C. (Cog-I), Puri” instead of “S.D.J.M., Puri” and the case number has mentioned as “G.R. Case No.558 (A) of 2024” instead of “G.R. Case No. 558 of 2024”. Therefore, he seeks modification of the said order. 3. For the reason stated in the application, the prayer for modification in the order dated 10.01.2025 is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 10.01.2025 is modified and the Court name be read as learned “S.D.J.M., Puri” instead of learned “J.M.F.C. (Cog-I), Puri” and the case number be read as “G.R. Case No. 558 of 2024” instead of “G.R. Case No.558 (A) of 2024.” The petitioner is directed to surrender/appear before the court below on or before 07.02.2025. 4.
