JUSTICE KARDAK ETE O R D E R 05.05.2025 Heard Mr. H. Islam, learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioner. Also heard Ms. N. Bordoloi, learned State Counsel for the opposite party/respondent no.1 and Mr. J. Handique, learned State Counsel for the opposite parties/respondent nos.2 and 3. By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for amendment of the pleadings of the writ petition being WP(C) 4372/2023 in the 2nd and 5th line of synopsis, 6th and 10th line of cause title, 5th and 11th line of paragraph-2, 4th and 8th line of paragraph-5, 11th and 13th line of prayer after "Dag No and before of Mouza" as " 901(0)/765(n) "in place of 754(0)/901 (n) and as "910(0)/758(n)" in place of 752(o)/910(n). Having perused the grounds of amendment and considering that the amendments sought for would not change the nature of the writ petition, if the same is allowed as well as the prayer not being opposed to by the learned counsel for the opposite party, this application is allowed. Accordingly, the pleadings as referred to above in the WP(C) 4372/2023 are allowed to be amended. Page No.# 4/4 I.A. stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
