This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) Set-aside the impugned order dated 10.07.2025 passed by Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Bareilly Division Bareilly in Appeal No. 623 of 2023 "Computer Case No. C202512000000623" (Guljinder Singh and others Vs. Yogendra Singh and others) u/s 38(4) U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (Annexure No. 1 to the petition)" 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that contesting respondents had moved an application under Section 38(2) of U.P. The petitioner is aggrieved by the injunction order passed in appeal. 3. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
