It is case of petitioner that his claim for compassionate appointment has been considered and his name is reflected in a list annexed along with this writ petition and he has filed a subsequent representation dated 17.07.2025 also, however, final decision has still not taken. 3. Learned counsel for respondents, on basis of limited instructions, submits that claim of petitioner for compassionate appointment will be considered within a short period and in case of any legal impediment, same shall be communicated to petitioner. 4.
