3. The applicant has preferred the present application seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 486 of 2024, registered under Section 420 I.P.C. at Police Station Pathri, District Haridwar.
4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant prays for permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application, with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the competent forum/civil court, if any cause of action survives.
5. Permission is accorded.
6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
