Indisputably, the petitioners have an alternative remedy against the impugned award. Learned counsel for the petitioners, could not satisfy as to how the writ petition is maintainable without exhausting the alternative remedy. In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed for availability of the alternative remedy to the petitioners. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
