Learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo dated 29.09.2020 explaining that he is unable to reach out the petitioner and proceed further in the writ petition. 3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
