Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 08.07.2025. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to amend the Adhar Card No. 878020904242 of the petitioner by replacing her name as Km. Soni Yadav in place of Kanta Devi and date of birth as 09.08.2000 in place of 09.08.1997 on the basis of high school mark sheet." 2. Shri Rajesh Tripathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents has placed on record the written instructions dated 12.08.2025 received from the respondent, the relevant part of which is as follows: "8. That the respondents like to inform the petitioner that firstly she needs to attempt for her full name in Aadhaar with Gazette Notification and with a document of Old Name as POI. And thereafter she apply for DOB update with Birth Certificate and Self Declaration Form. After that petitioner should share all the documents Birth Certificate, Self Declaration Form, Cancellation of the previously used birth certificate and the Enrolment Slip with UIDAI RO Lucknow through mail help@uidai.gov.in.or or at our registered address for further process on our end." 3. In view of aforesaid stand, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to follow the procedure as stipulated so that further action shall be taken in the matter by the respondents.
