In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, at Chandigarh
Criminal Misc. No. M-35417 of 2025 Date of Decision: 27.07.2026 Paramjit Singh Chahal ... Petitioner(s) Versus State of Punjab and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Surya Partap Singh. Present: None for the petitioner(s). Mr. Eklavya Darshi, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab Surya Partap Singh, J.
1. It has been submitted by the learned State counsel that the present petition has been filed by the petitioner for taking action against the respondents No.5 to 11, and that while taking action against them the FIR has already been lodged by the police and the investigation is being conducted.
2. In view of above-mentioned submissions of the learned State counsel, it is apparent that the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Probably, above is the reason that the petitioner is unrepresented today. He was unrepresented on the last date also. Thus, the present petition is hereby dismissed having become infructuous.
