Learned counsel for the petitioner pleaded ignorance to the fact that the school has been temporarily shifted to another building as stated by Mr.Edwin Prabhakar, learned State Government Pleader. 3. The documents on record clearly speak, and it is not disputed, that the construction of a new building has already started. Therefore, no orders are required to be passed in this petition.
