(ii) Costs of the petition be awarded to the petitioner from the respondents. (iii) Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case, be granted to the petitioner." Learned counsel for the respondents/State on instructions has submitted that the petitioner shall be provided adequate police protection in respect of the area which is of its ownership and if the petitioner intends to make any construction there upon, in case of any disturbance by any third party, the petitioner shall be protected.
