Sri Anees Baig, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions received from his client submits that though the application u/s 528 BNSS has been preferred by the applicant for quashing the summoning order dated 14.03.2000 as well as charge-sheet dated 26.06.1999 and entire proceeding giving rise to Criminal Case No. 196/2006 (State Vs. Safdar Hussain and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 150 of 1999 under Sections 406, 506 and 420 I.P.C, and 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Uttar, District-Firozabad pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad, however, he confines his relief only to the extent of enlargement of bail before the court below. 2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 3. Considering the submissions raised at the Bar and the statements so sought to be made by them, the application stands disposed of while observing that in case appropriate proceeding in the form of bail application is preferred before the court below, then the same shall be decided with most expedition strictly in accordance with the law of the land keeping in view the judgment in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
