JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 3 19-04-2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No.209/2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act. Subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. 3. The Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as the petitioner is alleged to have fired causing injury on head of the son of the informant and is also alleged to have shot Dukhi Singh, who subsequently died and Kajal Kumari and Kavita, who were present at the place of occurrence were also assaulted and the statement of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84343 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 Kajal Kumari was also recorded by the police, as would manifest from the order impugned and Kajal Kumari supported the case of the prosecution. 4.
