Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that with regard to the challenge made by the petitioners to the Haryana Government’s Gazette Notification dated 23.08.2022, the petitioners’ case would be covered in their favour by a recent judgment of this Court dated 19.03.2025 passed in CWP-30195-2024-Bhawar Singh and another vs. State of Haryana and others. Therefore, this prayer made by the petitioners is accepted. 2. In the light of the above, the impugned orders dated 11.10.2019 and 04.01.2024 passed by Collector, Gurugram and Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram, respectively, are set aside with liberty to the petitioners to apply afresh before the competent authority for change of mutation in the revenue record in terms of the Haryana Dholidar, Butimar, Bhondedar and Muqararidar (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Amendment Act, 2018. 3. It is further directed that as and when the afore application is made by the petitioners the same would be considered and decided by the competent authority within two months from the day of its filing, in accordance with law. 4.
