Case No. 127 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.630 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Garhwa. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No.7013/2024 vide order dated 23.10.2024. It appears that petitioner by producing fake National Saving Certificate, managed to encash Rupees One Crore Fifteen Lakhs. The aforesaid amount was transferred to his bank account. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
