JUSTICE R. T. VACHHANI Date : 07/10/2025 ORAL ORDER 1. By way of the present application, the Applicant seeks condonation of a delay of 78 days in preferring the captioned revision application. 2. Learned advocate for the respondent No.2 has submitted affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2. The same is ordered to be taken on record. 3. The Applicant is directed to deposit 7.5% of the cheque amount towards compounding charges before the Gujarat State Legal Services Authority and produce the receipt on record before 10.10.2025, as the matter has been settled between the parties. Having considered the submissions advanced and the grounds stated in the delay condonation application, this Court is of the opinion that the delay of 78 days is not unduly prejudicial. Hence, subject to the production of the deposit receipt as directed above, the delay of 78 days is hereby condoned. 5. The Registry is directed to assign a regular number to the captioned revision application and to list the matter on 10.10.2025, subject to the production of the receipt as directed hereinabove. 6. Failure to comply with the above directions shall render this order inoperative and shall not preclude the concerned Court from proceeding further with the matter in accordance with law. (R. T.
