This is the third attempt for bail of the petitioner who is in jail since 27.02.2023. He seeks bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 387 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 33/34/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail in all other cases in which he is an accused. 4. Considering the same, this application is allowed. 5. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83095 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-1st, Nawada/concerned court in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 387 of 2021, subject to the following conditions:- i. Both the bailors should be close blood relatives of the petitioner. ii. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Belgharia police station, District North 24 Pargana, West Bengal on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. 6.
