It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already appeared before the concerned Court and the Look Out Circular is no more necessary. 3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in both the cases, the discharge application filed by the petitioner was also allowed by the trial Court and he was discharged from the offences. 4. In view thereof, already a request has been made to the appropriate authority to recall the circular in LOC.No.1946997.
