It is seen that after filing complaint, the petitioner filed memo seeking amendment of street name in respect of alleged occurrence in the complaint lodged by the petitioner in S.C.No.45 of 2015. The trial Court rejected the same since the amendment cannot be permitted by way of memo. 3. This Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below.
