JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner – plaintiff is before this Court seeking the following prayer: “a) Issue an appropriate writ, order, direction, or relief(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and be pleased to pass such order in O.S.No.1595/2022 pending before the file of III Addl. Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Mysuru, dispose Vide Annexure C within a time frame of three months, as the matter has been unduly prolonged causing continued hardship to the Petitioner. b) Issue such other writ, order, direction, or relief(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is instituted in O.S.No.1595/2022 seeking ejectment and settlement of arrears of rent and there is no progress in the suit. He would take this Court through the order sheet maintained before the concerned Court, which depicts only adjournment being granted. In the light of the prayer being innocuous, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition, directing the concerned Court to dispose the suit in O.S.No.1595/2022 within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.
