SONI SHRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 4 13-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act. 3. The matter has been sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Center, Patna High Court, Patna, for reaching an amicable settlement between the parties and it appears from the memorandum of agreement dated 30.06.2025, passed in Mediation Proceeding No.738 of 2025, that the parties have resolved their differences and the petitioner agreed to pay an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82657 of 2024(4) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 the opposite party no.2 as full and final settlement of all the litigations and grievances. The schedule of payment has been enumerated in the said memo of agreement. 4. In the above mentioned facts and circumstances of a compromise being arrived at between the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail upon payment of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) to the opposite party no.2, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.52C/2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. 5. 5.
