Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for a while, has restricted his prayer to the extent of directing the Principal Sessions Judge, Kupwara, to consider and decide the bail application. 4. In the above backdrop, this bail application is dismissed. However, the Principal Sessions, Judge, Kupwara, is directed to consider and decide the bail application of applicant pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, on merits.
